Shared vision on 'how to deliver IT services'
OUTCOMES & RESULTS
We captures the 'lessons learned' and had a debriefing with the management team. We shared the observations and the lessons learned and translated this to realistic opportunities for this team.
This action list became the action list for the upcoming months.
We held a intensive intake session with the teamleads. We explored the desirable behaviors from management perspective and from the requirements of the customer.
Then we ran 2 parallel Apollo 13 workshop to let employees experience 'how good service delivery looks like'. During reflection we identified the key aspects of 'desirable behaviors'
The IT team of EPO was looking for a way to develop a shared vision on how IT Service should be delivered within the organisation.
They want to develop this 'shared picture' in terms of desirable behaviors. And EPO wanted a bit of exiting teamwork development.
