Sales Kick Off session for Sales Managers
OUTCOMES & RESULTS
Sales people understood the top 5 key challenges of the customers. They better understood what problems the tool could solve and how to speak the language of the customer. They also were challenged to pitch their tools towards the real issues of the customer.
2 parallel Apollo 13 workshops were organized. Both with a focus on TOOL. Axios is selling tools and we wanted to let them feel what IT people experience when implementing and using their tool. If sales understands this better and speak the language of the customer, they can maybe sell it better to the customer.
24 Sales Manager were invited to join the anual sales meeting. Purpose of this meeting of 3 days was to develop a new sales strategy for the upcomig year. We were asked to support this program with a ice-breaking session to create a creative atmosphere within the team.
Apollo 13 helped our sales teams walk in the shoes of the IT department and quickly realize that people & processes are critically important in making ITSM tooling deployments drive business performance - thank you GamingWorks - this was a great simulation!
